What is a Hydro Pneumatic System & How does it work?
Hydro Pneumatic Systems is designed to used in large scale pressure boosting operations in apartments, colonies, commercial high rise buildings, Office building, hotels and others.
Hydro- Pneumatic systems consist of 2 to 6 High Pressure Multistage Pumpsets, Suction and Delivery manifolds with valves, Base Frame and suitable control panel.
The Pressure Tanks are connected to the delivery manifold to reduce the no. of starts and stops of pumpsets.
Based on requirement, the Hydro Pneumatic Systems are available with constant speed control panel and variable speed control panel.
What Makes Our Hydro Pneumatic systems Unique?
Energy Efficient Motors.
Automatic / Manual Selection of pumps
LCD display to show complete systems status.
Time Based Pressure switch sensing for energy saving.
Dry Run and overload protection.
Applications
Suitable for Pressure boosting for apartments, High Rise commercial buildings.
Used to increase pressure in gardens and fountains.
Suitable for high pressure water supply in industries for cleaning.
Hydro-pneumatic systems with multistage submersible pumpsets are suitable for negative suction sites.
What is a Borewell Submersible Pumpsets & How does it work?
These Pumpsets are designed to be used to pump water from borewells and are available in multiple sizes from 3 inch (V3) to 10 inch (V4).
Borewell Submersible Pumpsets are available in Radial Flow type and Mixed Flow type. Radial Flow type is suitable for requirements with high lift but low discharge while Mixed Flow type is suitable for low lift high discharge.
Borewell Submersible Pumpsets consists of Electric motor and Pump coupled together. The Pump consists of stack of Stages with each stage comprising a set of impeller and diffuser. When it operates the stages lift the water to the top.
These Pumpsets are suitable for use in homes, Agriculture and Industry.
What Makes Our Borewell Submersible Pumpsets Unique?
All borewells comes with Stainless steel pump shaft.
4 inch and 6 inch Pumpsets are available in cast iron and stainless steel configurations
Uses Carbon vs stainless steel Thrust bearing for long life.
Copper winding with High grade plastic insulation for protection
Stainless steel stator body for high durability
Applications
Water transfer from borewell to homes, apartments and farms.
Suitable for use in Irrigation systems and industrial water supply.
What is a Domestic Booster System & How does it work?
Booster Pump systems are designed to improve the water pressure in your piping system.
They are suitable to homes and offices where the water pressure is low or where the pressure of the water is dependent on gravity.
Booster pump systems come with a pressure tank. The pressure tank consists of a diaphragm enclosed within air pressurized tank.
When pumpset is turned on, the diaphragm expands within the same tank, since air is compressible, the volume occupied by air decreases while the pressure increases.
The amount of pressure to be imparted is controlled using a pressure switch.
The pressure switch has two scales on it – Range and Difference. Range refers to maximu pressure and is used to set the cut out pressure (pressure at which pumpset is turned off). Difference refers to level of p[ressure drop and is used to set the cut in pressure (pressure at which pumpset is turned on). Eg. If range is 3 bar and difference is 1 bar. The cut off pressure is 3 bar and the cut in pressure is 2 bar. (i.e Range = cut out pressure and Range-Difference =cut in pressure)
When the water pressure in the pipe line comes down blow the cut-in pressure, the pumpset will switch on and when pressure increases to cut-out pressure, the pumpset will switch off.
What Makes Our Domestic Booster Systems Unique?
Energy Efficient Motors.
Dynamically balanced rotors ensure vibration free and noiseless operation.
Powered by AC induction motor with High Grade ‘F’ Insulation, suitable for continuous duty.
High quality Forged brass 5 way connector and non return valve.
Automatic ON and OFF depending upon requirement
Applications
Suitable for Pressure boosting for homes and offices.
Used to increase pressure in gardens and fountains
What is a Openwell Submersible Pumpset & How does it work?
It is a Pump which is designed to operate in submerged condition and is used in water bodies like openwells, rivers, ponds & lakes
The Pumpsets creates a vacuum which sucks the water and lifts it to the ground.
As it is submerged in water, it does not have any suction limit and can supply water continuously till water level completely drops down to pumpset level.
Openwell Pumpsets are made with Single Stage impeller and Multi-Stage impellers. We also have vertical openwell models suitable for vertical installations.
We TSO series pumpsets which can be installed both vertically and horizontally
Openwell Pumpsets, available in Single phase are generally used for Domestic applications while Three Phase Pumpsets are used in Agriculture and industrial applications.
What Makes our Openwell Submersible Pumpsets Unique?
Energy Efficient – Our Pumpset have high energy efficiency and are BEE star Rated
Low operating Cost – Easy to maintain and Operate
Variety – Pumpsets are available with multiple options in regards to applications, field conditions and budgets
Use of Carbon vs Stainless steel thrust bearing increases the life of pumpsets.
Applications
Suitable for pumping water in Homes, Agricultural Field, Gardening.
Can also be used with any irrigation systems available in the market.
Ideal for River and Canal Irrigation
Water Supply to Commercial Establishments like Hotels, Lodges and Hospitals etc.
Pressure boosting in High Rise buildings
What is a Horizontal Multistage Pumps & How does it work?
These are a type of Pumpsets in which multiple diffuser and impeller sets are mounted on top of the other connected via common shaft.
Each set of diffuser and impeller is called a stage. Pumpset having more than two stages are called multistage pumpsets.
Multistage Pumps which are built horizontally are called Horizontal Multistage Pumpsets.
Multistage Pumpsets works on the idea that multiple stages connected serially, will impart high pressure force to lift the water to greater height.
